1.Residential Conveyancing Law Update
Conveyancing continues to undergo major changes.  In particular, estate rent charges continue to cause problems. In addition, the External Wall System (EWS) certificates in relation to cladding are causing major problems. Topics covered include:

Over the last few months there have been several extremely important cases relating to commercial property.  In addition, the changes to planning and use classes in England have major implications.

Speaker:RICHARD SNAPE 
Richard has been the Head of Professional Support at Davitt Jones Bould since 2002. He speaks at numerous courses for law societies all over the country, various public courses, in-house seminars within solicitors firms and has also talked extensively to local authorities and central government bodies.  His areas of specialism include both commercial and residential property, in particular in relation to local government law, conveyancing issues, development land, commercial property and incumbrances in relation to land. 

The cost of the ticket will be as follows;

  • £50 for Paid-up members
  • £60 for Non-Members.
  • University Students of either degree level or above will be given access free of charge, provided current photographic evidence of his/her being a student is emailed to the General Secretary of ASLLUK on info@aslluk.uk at least 2 days prior to the date of the webinar
