<span style="font-weight: 400;">The speaker, Mr. Chohan has been practising in the field of immigration and asylum law since 1991, both in private practice and not for profit sector (three law centres and IAS). He has been a trustee of Slough Immigration Aid Unit. He is accredited to the senior caseworker and supervisory levels. He renders his services as a consultant and undertakes work in relation to appeals and complex private cases. He is also a part-time parliamentary researcher for an MP and has extensive dealings with the UKVI and the MP’s liaison team. He also delivers freelance training to the voluntary sector. He has been involved in local and national groups that seek to support those who are subjected to Immigration control.</span>
